Like Lewis Carrol writing a P. K. Dick novel on acid. The plot's a little thin, but it's quite short so that's forgivable. Must have been absurdly difficult to translate from the original Polish.

I would have found it more believable if at any point the protagonist was at all terrified about being stranded and pretty much guaranteed to die alone on a desolate alien hellscape instead of jovially overcoming incredible odds while cracking goofy jokes.
